Refund policy

All Live animal orders are shipped using UPS next day air and all come with an arrive alive guarantee. 

ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE

PLEASE SEND EMAIL TO REEFSTATECORALS@Gmail.com  with a clear picture or video of the deceased ANIMAL within 6 hours of delivery.  

We do not offer refunds on livestock only credit through our guarantee.
We do not offer returns on livestock.
We do not refund or credit any shipping costs.

We offer an arrive alive guarantee on all Live animals.
Live animal credit cannot be used for shipping.
All corals get either replacements or credit for amount paid, not items original price.

Due to  weather conditions, we may request a signature at delivery. This is to ensure the animals/s are not left outside where they are exposed to weather elements.   Any refused delivery or delivery not signed for will be void of any guarantee.  

DELIVERY delays due to weather or mechanical failure which result in loss will not be covered under our guarantee.

We will hold orders for a maximum of 2 weeks upon request.  Orders not shipped within 2 weeks may be canceled and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. 

CANCELLATIONS All purchases made on this site are final. However, should you request a cancellation after an order has been placed but before it has shipped, the refund will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

There may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
